Like most organizations, the Wagon Wheels membership and Board hold several meeting throughout the year.  Full membership meetings are scheduled in the Summer and Winter.  The Summer meeting is generally held during the Club Picnic in August.  The Winter membership meeting is generally held in February.

Full Board meetings are held as necessary. 

The next Board meeting will be held on June 9, 2006.
