Two "A" frame signs to help identify the driveway entrance are stored in the shed and will need to be set up at the driveway entrance before the dance and then returned to the storage shed any time after 9:30 p.m. or when the dance is over. It is not necessary to put the "A" frames out for lessons.
While the sign are not "that" heavy, they are not that "light" either. Use caution and common sense when lifting and moving the signs. A suggestion would be to use an automobile to move the signs from the shed to driveway and back.
Then when guest begin to arrive, a couple besides those collecting the entrance donations should be at the entrance to welcome those arriving. Smile, and welcome them sincerely. Help them with hanging up their coats and etc. If they have brought food for the potluck, thank them, and offer to take the item to the kitchen. The intent is to make visitors feel welcomed and want to attend our dances again. Who knows, maybe they will even join the Wagon Wheels.
Remember, that you need to be ready to receive guest between 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
